Mid-Con Energy Partners, LP Announces Quarterly Cash Distribution
DALLAS, July 25, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mid-Con Energy Partners, LP (Nasdaq:MCEP) ("Mid-Con Energy") announced today that its general partner has approved a cash distribution of $0.475 per unit for the quarter ended June 30, 2012, or $1.90 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable August 14, 2012 to all unitholders of record at the close of business on August 7, 2012.
Earnings Release and Conference Call
As previously announced on June 27, 2012, Mid-Con Energy will release financial and operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 after the market closes on Tuesday, August 7, 2012.
